What I Do
Establishing a relationship with my clients built on trust. Your home is where all of your valuable and most treasured possessions are. For this reason I like for my clients to feel assured that their valuables are safe. My time in your home is spent doing the best possible job, so you can go home and have time to play with your kids, or relax after work.
Clean home, happy home, a new standard of clean.Your mess, is my business.
Normal cleaning visit (Time quote normally 3 hours)
DUSTING. DISHES. KITCHEN. BATHROOM. FLOORS. GARBAGES. WINDOWS.
Please note, more time is required if a client is interested in..BEDS MADE. CAT BOX DONE. PLANTS WATERED. LAUNDRY DONE.
VacationingIf you are a regular client you have the added benefit of free house sitting! All vacations and out of town trips will be covered at no charge. Clients who have done this in the past enjoy knowing their pets and plants are being taken care of. With the added bonus of freshly cleaned home to walk in to.
$35 hr Min 3 hr per visit. This rate includes everything from hourly pay, product and fuel.
Meeting prior to our first clean is a must for accurate time quote.
Please note that the length of time it will take to do a full clean is dependent on size of home, and the workload/tasks to be completed. If for example a client books 3 hrs, everything may not be completed in that time frame.
MOVE OUT- $300 flat rate. Everything from ceiling to floor! All day project for a good job.
